R&E Management, Inc. began as a passion project for our Founder, Edward Fritz. Ed’s wife, Jean Fritz, joined the company and quickly became an integral partner. Originally based in Boonton NJ, R&E Management, Inc. grew to encompass clients in NJ, NY, and PA, as well as clients in the UK and Canada. R&E has a long history in the industry and has amassed an incredible network of clients and contacts, as well as the invaluable experience that makes us a trusted partner.

Meet Our Team


FOUNDER

Edward Fritz

After beginning his career in financial management positions with Fortune 500 Companies, Ed entered the marketing communications sector as CFO of Integrated Communications Corporation (ICC), a healthcare marketing service and medical education company. At ICC, Ed directed finance, IT, and operations during the rapid growth of the agency. After handling the sale of ICC to IPG, he joined WPP’s CommonHealth, the world’s largest healthcare communications agency, as Executive VP, Group Company CFO, where he managed the financial operations for the 15 operating units in this group. He was also a founding partner of HealthQuest, a venture-funded company focused on acquisitions in the healthcare marketing services sector. Ed also worked in the consumer promotions industry directing the client financial relationships for DVC Worldwide.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Jean Fritz

Jean began her professional career in corporate finance with Ingersoll – Rand in Kutztown Pa. She then worked in various positions where she gained extensive experience in human resources, risk management, benefit programs, and facilities management as well as her broad general accounting skills. Jean has worked with several industry-specific software packages such as Advantage, Clients & Profits, Projector, Workamajig and Function Point. As well as having an in-depth knowledge of Quickbooks. She currently provides services to agencies in digital marketing, healthcare, consumer advertising, and public relations. 


FINANCE MANAGER

Divina Vieni

Divina joined R&E after 11 years in corporate Client Finance, working for various IPG and WPP ad agencies such as R/GA, Sudler & Hennessy, and most recently JWT. She's worked on a diverse client portfolio, including major Pharma and Consumer brands. Divina completed her Bachelors in Business Communications and Advanced Accounting courses at Baruch College in NYC. She uses her small business training and corporate experience to help our small business clients grow.  Working across a variety of marketing and ad agencies, Divina has acquired the tools to manage and resolve a wide array of issues small and growing businesses might encounter including cash management, DOL and IRS audits, Sales and Commercial Rent Tax filings, tax discrepancies, and more. She takes pride in her work and is invested in the success of her clients.  

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Carely Genoa

Carely joined R&E after completing her MBA in Accounting at Caldwell University. She received a Bachelors in Accounting from the same university. While working on her degrees, Carely spent time in both corporate and small business settings, working for several notable companies - Univision Communications, Inc., Liberty Science Center, Sky Zone, and Mendonca and Partners CPAs, LLC. Along with her extensive training in Accounting, Carely's advanced Excel skills allow her to analyze and present data easily and accurately. She brings technical skill and an efficiency that makes her a valuable team member and an asset to every client she works with.
